3801 Limited Visit - 10 March 2002
3801 Limited, a Sydney based rail tour company, conducted a heritage tour of the Lithgow area on Sunday 10th March.
3801, the green steam-locomotive from which the company gets its name, pulled in at Lithgow station with over 100 passengers on its restored passenger coaches.

The tour were then taken by bus to the State Mine Heritage Park & Railway, where a delicious barbeque lunch was provided by the Lithgow & District Workman’s Club in the stately and picturesque old Bathhouse of the mine.
